Booking may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment
Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to departure.
Full payment also can be made on arrival with prior agreement.

Cancellation fees
The following cancellation fees will be charged for any cancellation made after confirmation of booking prior to arrival.
(1) Less than 16days prior to arrival: 15% of total tour cost.
(2) Less than 72 hrs prior to arrival: 75% of total cost.
(3) Any change of booking within 16 days prior to arrival is considered as cancellation and the applicable cancellation fees will be levied accordingly.
Refund of UN used services
After commencement of travel; no refund will be given for programmed services, which are not utilized by the clients in part or full.
Our prices
The tour price does not include laundry, room service, unspecified meals and tours, beverages, excess baggage charges, airport taxes, insurance, tips, entrance fees and all time of a personal nature.
Package tour
Package tour includes meeting and assistance by our tour guide on arrival and departure, transfers, daily meals, poterage for two pieces of baggage per person, city sight seeing and excursion, hotel accommodation on B&B basis.
Guide services
Cost of services for language guide accompanying throughout will be additional.
Local guides escort all of transfers and sight seeing tours.
Baggage
Two pieces of baggage not exceeding 44lbs(20 kg) per person is allowed. Any loss or damage to baggage or belongings is not responsible to the company. But the company will assist for claims.
Tour cancellation
The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason.
Right to reject.
The company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or any bookings made for a client or decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour if it appears to the company that any such person is likely to endanger the health of safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour.
Responsibility
The company through concerned enterprises makes all arrangements for the provision of transport, accommodation and other services. Therefore, it is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage or delay, which may occur during a tour.
The company shall not be liable for any loss or expense incurred due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, wars, quarantine or any other causes beyond its control; such losses and expenses shall be borne by the
passenger.
The company reserves the right to alter route, itinerary and accommodation without prior notice to the passenger.
